Using this site means you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose — read them. How we handle data lives separately at Data and privacy.
What this site is
A place to look up rental addresses and read or write reviews of them. Address records are reference data compiled from third-party sources (attribution in the footer); we do not guarantee any address record is current, complete, or correct.
Your content
Reviews, comments, and anything else you post are yours, and they are your responsibility. By posting, you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, display, and distribute that content as part of running the site — that is what publishing a review means.
Content you post must be:
- based on your own first-hand experience of the property;
- lawful — no defamation you know to be false, no content you lack the right to post;
- free of other people's personal information (no doxxing);
- free of harassment, hate, spam, and content unrelated to the property.
These categories are the same ones the report tool offers, because they are the rules we actually enforce.
Moderation
We may remove reviews, comments, or images, decline or revoke images, lock specific addresses against new activity, and suspend or ban accounts — with or without notice, at our discretion, including when content is reported by other users. Removed content and banned accounts leave a moderation record (who, what, when, why), which we retain as described in Data and privacy. Deleting your account does not erase moderation records about conduct.
No warranty
THE SITE AND EVERYTHING ON IT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND — EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. WE SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. SOME JURISDICTIONS LIMIT DISCLAIMERS OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO PARTS OF THIS SECTION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
Reviews are their authors’, not ours
We are not responsible for user reviews, posts, or comments. They are the statements and opinions of the people who wrote them. We do not verify, endorse, or adopt them, and we make no representation that any review is accurate, fair, or current. If you rely on a review — as a renter, a landlord, or anyone else — you do so at your own risk. If you believe content breaks these terms, use the report tool on the content itself or contact us.
Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR FROM ANY CONTENT ON IT — INCLUDING CONTENT POSTED BY OTHER USERS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100).
Accounts
You are responsible for your account and what happens under it. You may delete your account at any time — what deletion removes and what it retains is specified in Data and privacy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms; the current version always lives at this URL with the date below. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
